**1   – TODAY (Sunday, 3/27 at Sunset): HOLDING HANDS WITH JAPAN  ( CLICK HERE FOR  MORE INFO)
One of our Moo Moo Dads co-organized this special event happening today.  “Holding Hands With Japan” is a group gathering at 6:30 pm on Venice Beach (Rose and the Boardwalk) to join hands and send huge, loving thoughts and hugs to Japan.  Beautiful to share with a child.

**2 -FRIDAY, APRIL 1  9:15-9:50am  “FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAYS”- Yep, $5 Fridays!!  All proceeds go to UNICEF JAPAN
Moo Moo Musica is offering a special class on the FIRST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH (9:15 – 9:50 ONLY) to benefit various non-profit local and international organizations.  This FRIDAY, APRIL 1st will benefit UNICEF JAPAN.  UNICEF Japan has always been a hefty donor to UNICEF yet with recent events, they have become a recipient of UNICEF AID.
Next $5 FRIDAYS will be May 6 and June 3 (9:15 – 9:50 am ONLY)
The ongoing Friday, 10-11 am class will be happening as always … every Friday!
**and, of course, there are so many other ways to help Japan… American Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, and so many more excellent organizations.

April 11 – 28th for 3-8 year olds. Everything from yoga, cheerleading, hula-hooping and pogo-sticking, Shakespeare, kite-flying, sand-sculpting, etc and lots of beach activities and water safety.  JulieAnne’s too-cool-for-school, almost 13 year old, Jasper, LOVES to be a Junior Counselor at Venice del Play because he has so much fun!!  Highly recommended!!

#1 PASTA! The POP UPS PUPPET MUSICAL HAPPENING
Back by popular demand… the PopUps are returning from New York for just 4 shows this weekend!  Maybe you were lucky to have seem them last summer at the Electric Lodge or over Thanksgiving.  Now they’re bringing their latest installment of musical fun.  We love these guys – very entertaining with a lot of child development understanding sprinkled in.  Excellent!

#1  Moo Moo Musica has been chosen to participate in a NICKELODEON PARENT’S PICK AWARDS program. We’d love your help with this if you feel so inclined!

Apparently, there are two parts to it, getting enough nominations and then, once in the Top 5, getting enough votes!

NOMINATION:
First, we have to be nominated by voters in a quick online nomination process.  In order to go on to the next step, we must receive enough “nomination votes” to be in the Top 5.

Rumor has it (from a very reliable source!) that special guest, ZIGGY MARLEY, will be there to sing along as well!
Should be a very cool concert…

#3.  VERY last 2 shows for PRINCESS BEAN, (quirky, fun, upbeat musical for 3 to 10 year olds), this Saturday, MAY 22nd, 1:00 and 3:30pm @ the Electric Lodge!! Then they’re off to NYC to film it!
